Responsibilities & Context:
  • The incumbents should have good understanding of people's psychology. This position has to handle different types of problem, interact with diversified workforce. She/he needs to work in a challenging environment and required to complete the task in an estimated time.

  • Assist to manpower planning against vacancies in any department. Assist in Recruitment & Selection Process and Conduct Induction. Ensure that references/ background of selected candidates are checked and educational certificates are verified. Assist to ensure SMART job description and KPI of all the positions. Managing all departmental performance issues. Assist to use and monitor 360 degree feedback mechanism and find out vulnerable improvement of employees. Assist to analyze TNA and accordingly arrange training either in-house or external. Effectiveness of training evaluation. Execute employee confirmation & Settlement process. Maintain and updates leave record as per company's policy. Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR related database. Update necessary changes in HRIS. Preparing daily attendance and HR activity report regularly and on time. Preparing, drafting and issuing various types of HR related letters and notices. Provide all documents and records when required. Advance knowledge on HR operations, HRIS, Labor Law-2006. Assist to prepare show cause letter, warning letter, office note, office memo, etc. To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
