Experience Requirements:

Officer: 2–3 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Employee Experience, or Organizational Development.

Senior Officer: 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Manager: 5–7 years of experience in Employee Experience, Engagement, Talent Management, or OD.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drive and enhance the end-to-end employee experience across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.

  • Develop and continuously improve employee journey touchpoints to ensure a consistent and positive workplace experience.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret employee feedback through surveys, pulse checks, and lifecycle assessments to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Manage onboarding experience programs, including new joiner integration and 30-60-90 day feedback mechanisms.

  • Collaborate with HRBP, HRSS, and business teams to strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture initiatives.

  • Identify employee pain points and recommend practical solutions to improve satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

  • Lead employee experience improvement projects, including process enhancement, service optimization, and digital HR initiatives.

  • Support the development of employee-centric policies, programs, and communication strategies.

  • Monitor employee experience KPIs and prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management.

  • Ensure consistent employee experience standards and best practices are implemented across all businesses, functions, and locations.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging employee feedback, analytics, and benchmarking insights.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and governance related to employee experience initiatives.
