Education:
    • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resource Management

MBA/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related correspondence.

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company HR policies.

  • Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain HR databases.

  • Assist to HRM in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

  • Coordinate employee welfare and motivation initiatives.

  • Support disciplinary proceedings and grievance handling.

  • Liaise with various departments regarding HR and administrative matters.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
