Responsibilities & Context:
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and timely through New HRIS/Payroll Software.

  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, incentives, and final settlements within the New payroll system.

  • Maintain and update employee payroll, attendance, and personal records in the New HRIS database.

  • Generate salary sheets, bank transfer statements, payslips, and other payroll-related reports using new software

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of payroll and employee data.

  • Verify payroll calculations and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee queries promptly.

  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations, MIS reports, and management reports.

  • Monitor and maintain New HRIS/Payroll Software functionality and coordinate with vendors or IT teams for troubleshooting and system improvements.

  • Generate and analyze New payroll, attendance, leave, and workforce reports to support management decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory payroll requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready payroll records for internal and external reviews.

  • Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within New payroll and HR systems.
