Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of confidential employee and candidate data
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Methodical work approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the project/department
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Registrar's Office, and Operations, to facilitate administrative processes and service delivery
Maintain and update departmental records, databases, files, and official documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare and process official correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, notices, and other administrative documents
Organize and coordinate meetings, training programs, workshops, seminars, and departmental events, including logistical arrangements
Manage office resources, inventory, assets, and procurement-related activities to ensure operational readiness
Monitor office facilities and equipment, coordinating maintenance and service requirements as needed
Process invoices, reimbursement claims, purchase requests, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
