Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Law, or related discipline.
Post-Graduate Diploma or professional certification in HRM will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR policies, and corporate HR practices.
Strong communication, counseling, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on exposure to employee engagement activities, grievance handling, employee communication, and ER documentation.
Ability to coordinate with universities, educational institutions, and external partners for campus recruitment and job fair activities.
Good writing ability for notices, circulars, employee communication, reports, and presentation materials. Proactive, service-oriented, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in sensitive employee matters. Experience in a corporate head office or professional services environment will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
The incumbent will support the Corporate HR function in strengthening employee relations, employee engagement, workplace culture, and internal communication at the Corporate Head Office, while maintaining functional coordination with factory/SBU HR teams on governance, engagement alignment, and employee relations practices. The role is intended primarily for a professional corporate office environment and will focus on proactive relationship management, employee experience, policy awareness, grievance support, engagement initiatives, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the role will act as the Point of Contact and coordinator with universities and educational institutions for campus recruitment programs, internship pipelines, career engagement initiatives, and job fairs, contributing to employer branding and early talent development in the Bangladesh context.
Employee Relations & Governance
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations across the Corporate Head Office through regular communication, counseling, issue resolution, and professional follow-up.
Support fair and consistent implementation of HR policies, employee relations practices, and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy and applicable Bangladesh labor requirements.
Coordinate with factory/SBU HR representatives to support governance consistency, communication alignment, and implementation follow-up of approved ER and engagement initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement initiatives that promote motivation, belonging, collaboration, and a positive culture across the Corporate Head Office, with alignment support for relevant factory/SBU engagement programs.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, awareness sessions, recognition activities, well-being initiatives, and culture-building events for corporate employees.
Collect employee feedback through structured discussions, engagement forums, and survey coordination, and support follow-up action planning with relevant stakeholders.
Employee Communication & Documentation
Facilitate clear and timely internal communication between employees, line managers, and HR to strengthen trust and transparency.
Draft and coordinate HR communications, notices, circulars, policy awareness materials, and engagement content for corporate employees.
Maintain coordination records, event plans, communication trackers, and relevant ER and engagement documentation as required.
Grievance Support & Case Handling
Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, counseling matters, show-cause notices, warning letters, and other ER documentation with confidentiality and professionalism.
Escalate sensitive, unresolved, or complex employee relations matters to senior HR management with proper documentation and background information.
Campus Recruitment & External Coordination
Act as the Point of Contact and coordinator with universities, colleges, and educational institutions for campus recruitment programs, internship coordination, career talks, and job fair participation.
Support employer branding and early talent engagement activities through structured coordination with academic institutions and internal stakeholders.
