Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline from a recognized university.

  • MBA/MHRM with a major in Human Resource Management will be preferred.

  • Sound knowledge of Factory HR Operations and Bangladesh Labour Act & Labour Rules.

  • Practical knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave administration, payroll support, and employee documentation.

  • Experience working with HRIS, ERP systems, biometric attendance systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong understanding of factory compliance requirements, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievance handling.

  • Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.§  Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Support day-to-day factory administration and facility management.

  • Manage pool vehicles, driver coordination, maintenance, and transport logistics.

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and company policies.

  • Perform any other HR & Administration duties assigned by management.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated HR Executive to join our Factory Human Resources team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations within the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, statutory compliance, HR documentation, and employee engagement activities. The role also requires close coordination with production and departmental teams to ensure smooth workforce management while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Support end-to-end recruitment activities for factory employees, including manpower requisition, sourcing, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, HR databases, and all employment-related documentation accurately and confidentially.

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave, overtime, shift schedules, and absenteeism, ensuring timely reporting and accuracy.

  • Coordinate employee joining, orientation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and separation processes.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring accurate attendance, overtime, leave, and employee data.

  • Support disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, counseling, and employee relations activities in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, company policies, and statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate employee welfare, engagement programs, training, and awareness initiatives to maintain a positive workplace environment.

  • Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, turnover reports, absenteeism reports, and other management reports as required.

  • Support performance management activities, including probation evaluation, performance documentation, and employee development initiatives.

  • Coordinate with factory departments to ensure adequate manpower planning and workforce availability.

  • Assist during factory audits, buyer compliance audits, and internal HR compliance inspections by maintaining proper documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.
