• Age 30 to 38 years

• Ability to coordinate with buyers, auditors, and compliance agencies effectively.

• Strong communication and training facilitation skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and environmental management systems

• Assist in managing all compliance-related issues on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support audit and compliance-related meetings and training sessions.

• Prepare documents, reports, and related files in line with company standards.

• Provide assistance to senior management in implementing health and safety legislation.

• Coordinate with different buyers, including Walmart, Target USA, Tesco, K-Mart, and Target Australia, ensuring compliance with buyer-specific requirements.

• Work with RSC, Nirapon and manage Nirapon 90 days’ reporting system.

• Oversee sustainability and compliance programs, including Sedex, Higg Index, SLCP, GHG and Air Emission, Energy, Waste, and Chemical Management Systems.
