Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Preferred Qualifications

• FastReact well trained.

• Training on Production Planning, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.

• Knit Manufacturing Operations.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on expertise in Fast React Planning System.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.

• Sound understanding of garment manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of capacity planning, line planning, production scheduling, and T&A management.

• Ability to analyze production data and generate management reports.

• Prepare and maintain production plans based on order priorities, capacity, and delivery commitments.

• Perform capacity analysis and factory loading to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

• Manage order booking, line allocation, and production scheduling through Fast React and ERP systems.

• Monitor daily production performance against plan and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Track critical path activities and proactively follow up on potential delays.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc production planning reports for management review.

• Analyze production data and provide recommendations for improving productivity and on-time delivery performance.

• Maintain accurate planning data and ensure system discipline within Fast React and ERP.

• Support management in capacity forecasting, business planning, and customer commitment decisions.

• Develop professional presentations and dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and operational excellence.
