Experience:
15-20 years of professional experience in HR, Organizational Development, Administration, Compliance, or related leadership roles.
3-5+ years in a C-suite, Group HR, Head of HR, or other top HR leadership role.
Prior experience in a Group of Companies / diversified business group is required.
Experience in labour law, corporate compliance, factory compliance, and expatriate management is highly preferred.
Professional certifications or training in HR, Leadership, Compliance, Labour Law, Organizational Development, or Strategic Management will be preferred.
Strong strategic HR leadership and organizational planning ability.
Sound knowledge of labour law, corporate governance, compliance, and people operations.
Proven ability to build performance-driven culture and accountability systems.
Strong experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be ethical, confidential, proactive, disciplined, and people-focused.
Job Context: Omicon Group of Industries is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and people-focused Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). This C-suite role will lead group-wide HR strategy, talent management, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Develop HR policies, SOPs, governance standards, and people frameworks.
Oversee manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce budgeting.
Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership hiring.
Strengthen performance management, KPIs, and accountability culture.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, factory compliance, and statutory requirements.
Oversee expatriate management, including work permit coordination, BIDA, NBR, and related compliance matters.
Guide compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and employee welfare.
Job Requirements: This is a full-time senior leadership position based at the Group Head Office. The selected candidate may need to visit business units, factories, project locations, and operational sites as required.
