We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will get hands-on, end-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing passive talent to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in modern recruitment practices in a fast paced environment in the commercial aviation industry.
Job description:
▪ Coordinating talent hunt events: actively participate and support in recruitment camps across the country for hiring Student Pilots, Cabin Crew and Trainee Engineers for US-Bangla Airlines.
▪ Sourcing & screening: Assist in posting jobs on various portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Bdjobs etc.) and actively source prospective candidates. Conduct initial resume screening based on hiring criteria.
▪ Interview coordination: Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
▪ Communication with candidates: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates regarding their application status.
▪ Onboarding support: Help prepare offer letters, coordinate pre-employment checks, and assist with the logistics of day-one orientation.
