We are seeking a motivated and passionate Recruitment Executive/Senior Executive to join our growing team in Dhaka. This is a unique 360-degree role where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to nurturing client relationships. You will play a vital part in our international team, connecting skilled candidates with life-changing opportunities in Australia.

What You'll Do

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise diverse channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our employer clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
