Responsibilities & Context:

1. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho-based solutions

  • Design system architecture across Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, People, and Analytics

  • Recommend best practices for workflows, data structures, automation.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment

2. Development & Customization

  • Develop and customize Zoho applications using Deluge scripting

  • Build custom modules, workflows, functions, blueprints, and automation in Zoho CRM

  • Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator

  • Create analytics dashboards, reports, and query-based data visualizations

  • Customize PDF, email, and document templates using HTML/CSS

  • Perform data migration, validation, deduplication, and cleanup

3. Integration & Automation

  • Design and implement integrations between Zoho and third-party systems

  • Work with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware platforms

  • Automate cross-functional business processes and workflows

4. Troubleshooting & Optimization

  • Identify and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks

  • Optimize workflows, automation, and system integrations

  • Provide technical support and ongoing system improvements
