Experience:
CA (Professional Level) or equivalent professional qualification will be given priority.

Proven experience within a related sector is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business relationships, divisional performance, and profitability drivers.
Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement, systems implementation, and stakeholder management.
Strong cash flow, forecasting, and working capital management capability.

Reporting to the Co-Founder / Group CEO/ CFO, the Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance will lead both the financial and management accounting functions of the business. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working across multiple business disciplines, including finance, operations, and strategy.
While the role retains full responsibility for finance, forecasting, cash flow, and governance, it also extends into leadership, systems development, client contract management, and business process improvement.
Working closely with the Founder and leadership team, the successful candidate will help us to build the structure, discipline, and scalability required to support the company's divisions, while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that has underpinned the brand's success to date.
Lead all finance, reporting, forecasting, compliance, and governance activities.
Drive cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and funding requirements.
Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks across the finance function.
Coordinate closely with branch heads across all global locations where PFEC Global operates to ensure financial alignment, consistency, and accountability.
Partner with other business divisions to improve commercial and operational performance.
Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Manage expenditure, revenue planning, and profitability analysis.
Support strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and long-term value creation.
Manage accounting and compliance requirements across multiple countries, including Australia, Bangladesh, India, and Sri Lanka.
Oversee all accounting divisions and ensure compliance in every jurisdiction where the business operates.
Manage and liaise with all international bank accounts and related financial compliance matters.
