The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HR (Factory) will be responsible for managing day-to-day factory HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee discipline, supporting recruitment and onboarding, handling employee relations, and overseeing administrative functions. The incumbent will play a key role in fostering a productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Manage end-to-end factory HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and training & development initiatives.
Coordinate compliance audits, labor inspections, and maintain HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports and collaborate with Head Office on HR and administrative activities.
