Responsibilities & Context:

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HR (Factory) will be responsible for managing day-to-day factory HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee discipline, supporting recruitment and onboarding, handling employee relations, and overseeing administrative functions. The incumbent will play a key role in fostering a productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end factory HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, company policies, and statutory requirements.

  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations.

  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training & development initiatives.

  • Coordinate compliance audits, labor inspections, and maintain HR documentation.

  • Prepare HR reports and collaborate with Head Office on HR and administrative activities.
