Experience:

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, ERP or Information Management.

• At least 3 years in a managerial role within a large manufacturing organization.

• Experience in a 100% export-oriented manufacturing industry will be given preference.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of similar Business Intelligence tools.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Understanding of automation tools and reporting systems.

• Experience with KPI dashboards and executive reporting.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge on AI will be highly appreciated.

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical and experienced professional to lead our Management Information Systems (MIS) function and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Position Summary

The person will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the organization's MIS operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, data integrity, system optimization and business intelligence. The role requires close collaboration with senior management and cross-functional departments to improve operational efficiency through effective information management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient MIS framework to support business operations.

• Design and automate daily, weekly, monthly and annual management reports and dashboards.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and consistency across all business systems.

• Lead ERP/MIS projects, system enhancements and process automation initiatives.

• Coordinate with IT and software development teams for system improvements and troubleshooting.

• Develop and monitor KPIs for different business functions.

• Prepare presentations and analytical reports for senior management and Board meetings.

• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analytics and business intelligence.

• Ensure proper documentation of MIS processes, reports and data governance standards.

• Lead, train, and mentor the MIS team to enhance productivity and technical capability.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.
