Responsibilities & Context:

Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including effective job advertising, initial screenings, interviews, assessments, and negotiations.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Anticipate future staffing needs, identify skill gaps, and ensure a proactive approach to build a strong talent pipeline.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with functional heads and key stakeholders to understand specific staffing needs, define job requirements and assessment criteria to find out right candidate for right position in right time.

Compliance and Approval:

  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards, complete required documentation, conduct background checks, obtain final approvals and hand over the candidate files to the joining team.

Candidate Experience & Feedback:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

Employer Branding and Diversity Initiatives:

  • Promote the company’s brand and values through diversified recruitment processes, participating at career events and job fairs.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics.

Others:

  • Undertake other relevant tasks assigned by the Recruitment In-charge or Head of Department.
