Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Shipyard, Spinning

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from any public and private university.

Any professional qualification will be preferable.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Shipyard, Spinning

• Age At most 40 years
• Only Male

• Conducting thorough financial analysis to support business decisions, including but not limited to revenue analysis, cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting. 

• Manage daily functions like billing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Coordinate budget preparation, track spending variances, and forecast future performance.

• Design and enforce policies and procedures to minimize financial risk and protect company assets.

• Act as the main contact for internal and external audits 

• Gathering, interpreting, and analyzing financial data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making. 

• Developing and maintaining financial models to assess the financial impact of different scenarios, investments, or strategic initiatives. 

• Preparing and presenting financial reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and actionable insights. 

• Identifying financial risks and opportunities, evaluating their potential impact on the business, and recommending risk mitigation strategies. 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights that support decision-making processes, such as pricing strategies, product development, and market expansion.
