Job Context
A leading publicly listed and integrated composite textile manufacturing company in Bangladesh is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial management and provide strategic financial direction.
The company operates integrated Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing facilities and serves reputed local and international customers.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance, Accounts, Treasury and overall financial management.
Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts and business plans.
Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, working capital and cost management.
Monitor profitability, manufacturing costs and financial performance.
Manage banking, trade finance, foreign currency and financing arrangements.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, VAT and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and risk management.
Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and Top Management.
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Requirements
CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification. MBA in Finance/Accounting will be an advantage.
18+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong experience in the textile/manufacturing industry is essential.
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership position.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, working capital, trade finance and corporate finance.
Experience in a publicly listed company will be highly preferred.
