BSc in Textile Engineering will be preferred

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 45 years
  • Only Male

Strong knowledge of knitting, dyeing processes, fiber types (cotton, viscose, polyester, blended, etc.), fabric construction, GSM, and finishing processes

Knowledge of different dye types (reactive, disperse, etc.)

Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Strong command over MS Excel



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Establish and maintain a master production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and yarn/fabric availability.

  2. Plan and allocate daily, weekly, and monthly production loads for knitting, dyeing, and finishing machines to ensure on-time delivery.

  3. Coordinate with the knitting department (in-house or outsourced) to ensure timely supply of grey fabric as per the dyeing schedule.

  4. Sequence dyeing lots to minimize shade changes and optimize chemical, water, and energy consumption.

  5. Coordinate with Yarn/Fabric Store to ensure raw material availability as per the production plan and liaise with procurement for timely sourcing.

  6. Act as the primary planning contact for merchandising, central planning, and sales teams by providing realistic timelines and regular order status updates.

  7. Conduct daily production meetings with knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality teams to review progress, resolve bottlenecks, and revise schedules when required.

  8. Analyze plant capacity, identify constraints, and recommend capacity enhancement or outsourcing solutions.

  9. Track orders from yarn intake to finished fabric dispatch, ensuring full visibility and control.
