Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise daily site activities related to PHC Pile and Concrete Sheet Pile installation.

• Ensure piling works are executed according to approved drawings, engineering specifications, and project schedules.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve project objectives.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

• Ensure all piling activities comply with company quality standards and project specifications.

• Act as the primary site representative for day-to-day communication with clients and consultants.

• Address client concerns and provide timely project updates.

• Escalate major issues to management with recommended solutions.

• Coordinate equipment mobilization, maintenance, and utilization.

• Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
