Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering or any other discipline from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 34 years
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or Delivery Operations.

  • Experience in the Edible Oil, FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Process Industry will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the receiving, inspection, measurement, documentation, and unloading of crude vegetable oil, raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and other incoming materials.

  • Coordinate vessel clearance and material receiving by ensuring compliance with Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), Quality Control (QC) requirements, and company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of Raw Materials (RM), Finished Goods (FG), consumables, and spare parts through ERP and physical stock verification.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly inventory, consumption, and stock variance reports with a high level of accuracy.

  • Monitor stock levels, analyze consumption trends, and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages.

  • Issue materials against approved requisitions while ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and inventory control.

  • Supervise warehouse operations, storage practices, housekeeping, and material handling to ensure efficient utilization of space and resources.

  • Coordinate finished goods dispatch, vehicle loading/unloading, transportation documentation, and on-time delivery while meeting daily dispatch targets.

  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

  • Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by management to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
