Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering or any other discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or Delivery Operations.
Experience in the Edible Oil, FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Process Industry will be given preference.
Manage the receiving, inspection, measurement, documentation, and unloading of crude vegetable oil, raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and other incoming materials.
Coordinate vessel clearance and material receiving by ensuring compliance with Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), Quality Control (QC) requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records of Raw Materials (RM), Finished Goods (FG), consumables, and spare parts through ERP and physical stock verification.
Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly inventory, consumption, and stock variance reports with a high level of accuracy.
Monitor stock levels, analyze consumption trends, and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
Issue materials against approved requisitions while ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and inventory control.
Supervise warehouse operations, storage practices, housekeeping, and material handling to ensure efficient utilization of space and resources.
Coordinate finished goods dispatch, vehicle loading/unloading, transportation documentation, and on-time delivery while meeting daily dispatch targets.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by management to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
