Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end factory HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, company policies, and all statutory requirements.

  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary procedures, and industrial relations effectively.

  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.

  • Coordinate compliance audits, labor inspections, and maintain accurate HR documentation.

  • Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Head Office on HR and administrative matters.

  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all operational licenses, permits, and statutory certifications.

  • Oversee factory administrative functions, including office maintenance, facilities, transport, security, and general administration.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and labeling regulations relevant to factory operations.

  • Supervise payroll processing, attendance, and timekeeping systems to ensure accuracy and timely salary administration.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, employee productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
