Experience:
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Post Graduation in HRM/Management (PGD in HRM will be considered as added advantage)
Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Rules, Garments compliance standards & SOPs
Strong expertise in Microsoft office & reporting tools
Ability for HR analysis and Analytics
Strong expertise on Payroll software, tools and report generation methods
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in team
Adaptability & ability to work under pressure
Ensure 100% accuracy in updating workers’ and staff attendance records, including timely reconciliation of missed punches, absences, and leave entries.
Conduct daily verification of new joiners’ information through file entry checks and attendance validation.
Process and finalize salary preparation for workers and staff within the 5th working day of each calendar month.
Prepare, verify, and maintain all payroll-related documents (Salary Sheet, OT Sheet, Pay Slips, Job Card, EI Sheet, Festival Bonus Sheet, and Bank Forwarding) to ensure seamless salary disbursement and support internal audit and accounts functions.
Prepare and update increment sheets for both staff and workers within the defined payroll cycle.
Ensure timely deactivation of separated employees from the punch machine and maintain updated records accordingly.
Review and validate all HR reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Generate and deliver various HR reports as per management requirements in a timely and structured manner.
Support and facilitate smooth social audit processes by ensuring accuracy and integrity of HRIS data.
