Education:
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

  • Post Graduation in HRM/Management (PGD in HRM will be considered as added advantage)

  • Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Rules, Garments compliance standards & SOPs

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft office & reporting tools

  • Ability for HR analysis and Analytics

  • Strong expertise on Payroll software, tools and report generation methods

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to work in team

  • Adaptability & ability to work under pressure



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in updating workers’ and staff attendance records, including timely reconciliation of missed punches, absences, and leave entries.

  • Conduct daily verification of new joiners’ information through file entry checks and attendance validation.

  • Process and finalize salary preparation for workers and staff within the 5th working day of each calendar month.

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain all payroll-related documents (Salary Sheet, OT Sheet, Pay Slips, Job Card, EI Sheet, Festival Bonus Sheet, and Bank Forwarding) to ensure seamless salary disbursement and support internal audit and accounts functions.

  • Prepare and update increment sheets for both staff and workers within the defined payroll cycle.

  • Ensure timely deactivation of separated employees from the punch machine and maintain updated records accordingly.

  • Review and validate all HR reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

  • Generate and deliver various HR reports as per management requirements in a timely and structured manner.

  • Support and facilitate smooth social audit processes by ensuring accuracy and integrity of HRIS data.
