Additional Requirements:
  • Age 34 to 50 years
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource,Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution.

  • Minimum 4-8 year’s of experience in HR leadership roles with proven exposure in transformation and startup establishment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, industrial relations, CBA environment, compliance, and organizational development.

  • Experience in designing people strategies, culture building, and leading diverse teams.

  • Exposure to HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and digital HR tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience in the skincare, wellness, or FMCG industry will be considered an added advantage.

Job Purpose

The Assitant Manager-HR & Admin will lead and transform the organization’s people and administrative functions, establishing a performance-driven and employee-centric culture.
She will be responsible for developing and executing innovative people strategies, ensuring HR operational excellence, compliance, and engagement across all business units. The role requires a dynamic leader who can build a strong foundation for organizational growth from
startup to structure while fostering gender equality, empowerment, and inclusion at every level.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation
• Lead the HR & Admin functions with a vision to establish a modern, scalable, and people-driven organization.
• Design and implement HR strategies that align with corporate goals and drive business transformation.
• Oversee the development of SOPs, HR policies, and frameworks from scratch to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and maintain an employee-centric culture that encourages engagement, motivation, and retention.

People Development & Culture Building

• Champion diversity & Lead initiatives related to women empowerment while promoting an equal-opportunity mindset across the organization.
• Develop leadership programs and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability.

• Drive initiatives that enhance teamwork, communication, and cross-department collaboration.
• Promote positive industrial relations and maintain harmony in a CBA environment.


HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.

• Oversee talent acquisition from mass hiring to headhunting senior or high-exposure professionals, leveraging industry networks and Baityband connections.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, internal governance standards and a safe, equal, and empowering environment for all employees, with strong knowledge of Anti-Sexual Harassment laws and gender equality practices.
• Monitor employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace ethics with fairness and transparency.



Analytics & Data-Driven HR
• Leverage big data and predictive analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making in people management.
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure HR effectiveness, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Implement and oversee
HR ERP/HRIS systems (exposure to platforms such as ZKTeco, PeopleDesk, Pi HR, Southtech HR, or SAP SuccessFactors preferred).


Employee Engagement & Communication
• Lead internal communication initiatives to foster alignment and engagement across all departments.
• Organize HR events, conferences, and workshops to promote continuous learning and professional growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational change, leadership development, and people strategy.

• Champion employee engagement, recognition programs, and people & culture activities to foster inclusion and motivation.


External Relations & Representation
• Represent Beautyology in HR conferences, seminars, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and networking.
• Collaborate with external consultants, legal bodies, and HR communities to align best practices and compliance.

Administration & Compliance:

  • Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations across offices and facilities.

  • Manage asset management systems, procurement, logistics, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

  • Supervise estate management, security, office discipline, and workplace safety (HSE).

  • Build and maintain relationships with external authorities, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes through automation and ERP integration.
