Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Growth
•Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for all outlets in the assigned area
•Analyze store-wise sales data and identify growth opportunities
•Drive new store launches and counter expansions within the territory
•Monitor competitor activity and market trends; recommend counter-strategies
Store Operations
•Ensure adherence to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and brand standards
•Monitor stock availability, inventory management, and minimize shrinkage
•Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards at all outlets
Customer Service
•Ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service
•Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns/exchanges as per policy
•Build customer loyalty through personalized service and product guidance
Team Management
•Recruit, train, and manage Store Managers/BAs (Beauty Advisors) across the area
•Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
•Build a motivated, target-driven retail team through incentive planning and engagement
Travelling
One must be interested in traveling to any part of Bangladesh.
Reporting & Coordination
•Prepare and submit periodic sales, stock, and performance reports to Head Office
•Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR for area-level requirements
•Conduct regular store audits/visits and share improvement action plans
