Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive - HR in Human Resources Department for our Corporate Head Office.

Job location will be Head Office: Gulshan - 2, Dhaka.

  • HR Operations:

    • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records through HRIS.

    • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

    • Support day-to-day operations and activities within the department.

    • Prepare different reports as required.

  • Recruitment & Selection:

    • Assist in recruitment and selection process that includes job advertisement, screening, scheduling interviews, assessment process, arranging interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

    • Coordinate new joining and onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training program enrollment.

  • Training & Development:

    • Assist in coordinating training and development programs and ensuring the availability of the related logistics.

    • Organize and facilitate training sessions, and other learning opportunities.

    • Update training and development Tracker with updated records.

  • Payroll:

    • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.

    • Maintain daily attendance, leave, and record of employees through HRIS.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
