Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, company policies, and welfare standards.

  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues through effective counseling.

  • Analyze absenteeism, provide employee counseling, and implement initiatives to improve attendance and engagement.

  • Coordinate statutory committee meetings and maintain related documentation.

  • Conduct training on fire safety, first aid, workplace safety, and compliance.

  • Administer maternity benefits in accordance with labor law and company policy.

  • Organize employee engagement activities, cultural events, and awareness programs.

  • Monitor workplace health, safety, and hygiene in collaboration with the EHS team.

  • Assist in disciplinary actions and employee investigations.

  • Conduct new Worker orientation on company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain welfare records, reports, and compliance documentation.

  • Handle CSR initiatives and employee assistance programs.

  • Conduct regular production floor visits to identify and address employee concerns.

  • Foster positive employee relations and promote a healthy workplace culture.
