Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Candidates with Training of Trainers (TOT) certification and/or any professional certification/diploma in Learning & Development will get an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct training needs analysis through PMS results, competency assessments, departmental inputs, surveys and organizational skill gap assessments.

  • Assist in preparing annual training plans, budgets, and development initiatives aligned with business and workforce requirements.

  • Design, develop, and update training modules, presentations, learning materials, assessments, and training documentation.

  • Assist in facilitating internal training programs and coordinating learning sessions.

  • Support to identify, engage and coordinate external trainers, institutes, and consultants as per requirements.

  • Manage internal trainer pools and increase utilization of subject matter experts across business units.

  • Administer training operations including nominations, attendance tracking, participant records, evaluations, and training database maintenance.

  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, learning transfer evaluation, and post-training performance improvement tracking and analyze ROI.

  • Prepare learning analytics and management reports including training completion, effectiveness, utilization, and development progress metrics.

  • Support leadership development, succession planning, change management, and other organizational development initiatives as assigned.
