How We Expect You To Represent Dongyi Sourcing Ltd.
An Ethical Sourcing & Sustainability team member will make sure social compliance due diligence through evaluations, gap analysis, remediation plans and sharing expertise in forms of training among the entire supply chain. He or she will also be responsible for advanced human rights practices, technical safety (structural, fire and electrical) and management system development.
How You Are Going To Support Us:
- Conducting regular due diligence evaluations to ensure local legislation, DSL’s Code of Conduct, and relevant customers’ Code of Conduct in our partner manufacturing facilities.
- Communicating with responsible personnel from manufacturing facilities and developing their compliance practices through root cause analysis, gap analysis and corrective action plan.
- Collecting relevant information from all the suppliers and updating customers accordingly
- Training all the relevant personnel regarding local legislation, international standards for human rights, customer’s CoC, etc.
What Level of Expertise This Role Requires
Professional Expertise:
Core : 2 – 5 Years of social compliance auditing experience
(3rd Party Certification Body / Trading Hub / Brand / Retailer)
Additional: SA8000 Certification
IT Expertise:
Core : Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Additional: Adobe Illustrator
Personal Traits:
1. Ability to communicate fluently in English.
2. Self-motivated and pro-active
3. Adaptable to frequent traveling within the country
