Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager (HR & Admin)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy in HR systems.

  • Manage employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and related records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR procedures.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office facilities, housekeeping, security, transportation, and asset management.

  • Preparing different letters, memos, notice and registered in ERP for day-to-day HR operations.

  • Coordinate induction program and onboarding of new employees.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure the smooth execution of training events.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Manage office supplies, assets, vendor and facility management.

  • Support in policy development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
