Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, environmental conservation Rules and occupational health and safety practices.
Good knowledge of environmental monitoring, waste management and pollution control.
Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and monitor Environment, EHS policies, procedures and compliance programs.
Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, occupational health standards & company policies.
Organize safety training, emergency drills and awareness programs for employees.
Monitor waste management, pollution control and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Maintain EHS documentation, reports, permits and statutory records.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
Promote a strong safe and environment friendly culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
