Micro Tools & Machineries, one of the leading industrial engineering solution providers in Bangladesh, is looking for a passionate, energetic, and career-oriented Management Trainee / Executive (HR & Admin) to join our team. The selected candidate will support the Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring efficient HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, administration, and compliance activities while contributing to the company's continued growth.
Maintain employee personal files and ensure all HR-related information is accurately updated in the ERP.
Assist in recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, and induction.
Prepare and maintain HR documents including appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, office orders, NOC, experience certificates, warning letters, and other official correspondence.
Assist in processing employee confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, resignation, and final settlement documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR databases.
Support employee performance appraisal, engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters following company policies and the Bangladesh Labour Act.
Generate regular HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Support the daily administrative operations of the office and factory.
Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, transportation, utility services, and other administrative activities.
Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, training sessions, employee orientation programs, and corporate events.
Coordinate with different departments and Head Office to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Monitor office assets, inventory, and administrative supplies.
Assist in maintaining compliance-related documents and records.
Support buyer, customer, and regulatory compliance audits.
Help implement corrective action plans (CAP) based on audit observations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace safety standards.
Support initiatives related to employee health, hygiene, safety, security, and workplace discipline.
