  • Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing plant.

  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure the recruitment, selection, and placement of workers & non-management staff as per the approved Human Resources Plan in a timely manner.

  • Prepare job descriptions and specifications for the entire department (job analysis).

  • To arrange an orientation program for newly joined employees at the factory.

  • Responsible for monthly attendance, leave, OT, extra hours duty, off day, and payroll of the factory.

  • Support to maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

  • Coordinate the FFS (Full & Final Settlement) of employees who have been separated.

  • Responsible for grievance handling and managing any internal and external disputes with the company as per the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015.

  • To establish & foster healthy relationships between employee-employee, employee-management, and employee-employer.

  • Solve any disputes that arise in the factory on a priority basis.

  • Ensure training arrangements for factory workers and non-management staff as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and follow-up training evaluation & its effectiveness.

  • Ensuring the overall factory’s housekeeping service, security, canteen, and dormitory management, and related inventory management for tools and stationery.

  • Coordinate and monitor all other HR activities of the factory and report to the supervisor about all HR issues as per the prescribed format.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
