Jk Tech Limited a concern of JK Lifestyle Limited is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy HR & Admin Executive to support the organization's Human Resources and Administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of practical HR & Admin experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee records, payroll support, office administration, and daily operational coordination. Candidates who are familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini are eager to improve workplace productivity through technology will be given preference. Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, selection, onboarding, and orientation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, and support payroll preparation.
Implement HR policies, ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, and assist in employee relations and performance management.
Prepare HR reports, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with departments on HR-related matters.
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Supervise support staff, maintain duty rosters, and monitor office discipline and cleanliness.
Manage office stationery, inventory, departmental requisitions, and coordinate procurement of administrative supplies.
Resolve office facility-related issues and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Perform any other HR & Administrative duties assigned by management
