Responsibilities & Context:
Training Strategy & Planning
Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across all business units.
Develop and execute the annual Training & Development Plan and training calendar.
Align training initiatives with business goals, operational excellence, sustainability, and compliance requirements.
Monitor employee learning progress and generate reports.
Ensure training records are maintained accurately within the Learning management System.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Learning Content Development & Presentation
Design training modules, presentations, learning materials,
Develop competency-based learning pathways for different employee categories/ Departments.
Deliver training programs across Group, business units, and departments, ensuring consistent learning standards and effective knowledge transfer.
Leadership & Talent Development
Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Coordinate Management Development Programs (MDP) and supervisory training.
Facilitate coaching and mentoring initiatives.
Performance & Competency Management
Develop and maintain competency matrices for all departments.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and operational performance indicators.
Recommend improvement actions based on learning outcomes.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports.
Analyze training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Present learning metrics and recommendations to management.
