Experience:
Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Compliance, Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement.
Experience in garments, textiles, or manufacturing industries is a must.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Sound knowledge of Man-Machine Ratio analysis and productivity measurement.
Practical knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.
Knowledge of labor law and compliance standards.
Excellent training, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple factory locations.
To improve operational efficiency across all manufacturing units by monitoring and optimizing Man-Machine Ratio (MMR), implementing and sustaining 5S practices, and planning and coordinating compliance-related training programs in line with organizational policies.
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Manager – Man-Machine Ratio, 5S & Compliance Training in Corporate Human Resources Department.
Job location will be Head Office: Gulshan - 2, Dhaka.
1. Man-Machine Ratio (MMR) Monitoring
Implement a standardized MMR monitoring system across all production units.
Conduct regular analysis of manpower utilization and machine capacity to identify inefficiencies.
Coordinate with Production, Industrial Engineering, and Factory HR teams to optimize manpower deployment.
Prepare Monthly MMR reports and recommend productivity improvement initiatives.
Monitor implementation of approved manpower optimization plans and track outcomes.
2. 5S Implementation & Monitoring
Develop and maintain organization-wide 5S standards and guidelines.
Conduct regular 5S inspections and audits across factories and offices.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely closure of observations.
Promote a culture of workplace organization, safety, and continuous improvement.
3. Compliance Training Management
Develop annual compliance training calendars for all business units.
Conduct and coordinate training on labor law, code of conduct, workplace ethics, occupational health & safety, anti-harassment, fire safety, and other related topics.
Maintain training records, evaluation reports, and training effectiveness assessments.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers, auditors, and certification bodies.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly reports on MMR performance, 5S audit results, and training status.
Maintain documentation for internal, customer, and third-party compliance audits.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Factory HR, Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Administration, and Compliance teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and workplace standards.
Assist Corporate HR in implementing organizational development and employee engagement initiatives where required.
