• Masters

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, English, Public Relations or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 22 years

• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, corporate communication or marketing will receive preference.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop Illustrator, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics & Al tools will be an advantage.

• Develop engaging content for digital platforms, corporate communication & employer branding.

• Manage & grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other digital channels.

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness & audience engagement.

• Prepare corporate communication materials including newsletters, presentations, press releases & promotional content.

• Support website content management, corporate events, CSR initiatives and internal communication. Collaborate with designers, agencies & cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing materials.

• Monitor campaign performance using digital analytics and prepare periodic reports.

• Utilize Al-powered tools to enhance content creation, productivity & digital communication initiatives.
