Role Summary

The Admin and HR Officer will maintain day-to-day operations of HR and workplace administration. The incumbent will oversee the employee lifecycle, handling recruitment, onboarding, personnel files and compliance. He also managing critical office functions including asset management, store management and meeting logistics. By supervising support staff and maintaining operational discipline, ensure an efficient, compliant and well-coordinated workplace environment.

Details of Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination and onboarding.

  • Assist in preparing contract/ appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters and other HR-related correspondence.

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave and disciplinary records.

  • Coordinate employee orientation, training and development programs.

  • Monitor office inventory, stationery, equipment and other administrative supplies.

  • Prepare meeting minutes, official letters, reports, memos, notices and other administrative/HR documents as required.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and maintaining office calendars.

  • Maintain workplace discipline, housekeeping and administrative budgets.

  • Liaise with service providers, utility authorities and external stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted administrative support services.

  • Ensure compliance with organization policies, administrative procedures, workplace discipline and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Support management in executing special projects, audits, inspections and accreditation-related administrative activities.

  • Prepare and maintain organization assets management and store management.

  • Supervise supporting staff of the office.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time to support the overall objectives of the organization.
