Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare and analyze daily sewing production reports, efficiency reports, and IE performance analysis.

• Conduct time study, method study, and process improvement activities to improve sewing efficiency.

• Calculate and verify SMV/SAM for new and existing styles.

• Prepare operation bulletin, machine layout, manpower requirement, and capacity planning.

• Perform sewing line balancing to optimize manpower and machine utilization.

• Analyze bottlenecks and provide corrective action plans for smooth production flow.

• Set daily/hourly production targets based on capacity, SMV, and available resources.

• Monitor sewing line performance, efficiency, DHU, and productivity improvement.

• Conduct capacity study and production feasibility analysis for new styles.

• Support new style implementation through operation breakdown and production planning.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Technical, Quality, and Maintenance teams for better output.

• Analyze operator performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support skill matrix development and operator allocation according to skill level.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.

• Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and process loss to improve efficiency.

• Prepare IE-related MIS reports and management presentations.

• Ensure proper documentation of IE standards, reports, and improvement activities.
