Graduation in any discipline
Strong understanding on ISO 9001, QMS and product safety standards.
Strong knowledge of knit garments manufacturing processes from cutting to shipment.
Good understanding of sewing defects, garment construction, finishing, and measurement standards.
Sound knowledge of AQL inspection system and buyer quality requirements.
Strong analytical ability in quality data analysis and problem-solving.
Good leadership and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills with production, technical, IE, and merchandising teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and quality reporting systems.
Ensure overall quality performance of production lines from cutting to finishing and shipment according to buyer requirements and company quality standards.
Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspection processes to maintain required quality levels.
Analyze quality reports, defect trends, DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), and take corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct regular quality meetings with production, IE, technical, and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure proper implementation of buyer quality standards, AQL requirements, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
Guide and supervise QA teams, line QC, end-line QC, and final inspection teams for effective quality control.
Identify root causes of defects through RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement improvement plans.
Follow up on production quality issues such as sewing defects, measurement issues, shade variation, workmanship problems, and finishing defects.
Ensure first output approval and inline quality approval before bulk production continuation.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize rejection, alteration, rework, and customer complaints.
Conduct pre-production meetings (PPM) and provide quality checkpoints for new styles.
Review tech packs, measurement sheets, workmanship standards, and buyer comments before production.
Ensure proper implementation of quality checkpoints, quality alerts, and defect prevention systems.
Monitor factory compliance with buyer audit requirements and quality standards.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Train and develop quality team members on quality standards, defect identification, and inspection procedures.
Ensure final inspection readiness and coordinate with buyer QA/third-party inspection teams
