  • Good leadership ability, strong decision making and quick conflict management ability.

  • Must be honest & hard working.

  • A team player and good communicator and capable to work under pressure.Knowledge of HR software or Microsoft office (Programme).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Enhance the organization human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company.

  • Follow up and taking necessary actions on daily Hospital maintenance issues.

  • Supervise and compile statistical reports of Consultancy, Operations, Investigations, Pharmacy, Optics etc. and provide the reports as per higher authority requirement.

  • Execute administrative support and assist with day to day operations.

  • To conduct activities of employee disciplines, grievances, motivation and welfare.

  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and arranging employees and following up on work results.

  • Monitor hospital security, safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.

  • Coordinate with Central & other branches.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
