Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent typing speed in both English and Bangla.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
Positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
Prepare Bangla & English Typing for appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain all employee personal files and HR records.
Monitor employee attendance, leave record.
Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and the Bangladesh Labour Act.
Receive candidates at the front desk, check their CVs and all required documents, and prepare them for the recruitment process, File Management work.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases file.
Handle employee grievances and provide HR support.
Office Stationary maintain.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
Support administrative activities whenever required in fornt desk management.
Perform any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by Management.
