Responsibilities & Context:
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements,MOU and contracts
Handling litigation matters, court cases, and liaison with panel lawyers
Preparing mortgage deeds, loan documentation, and related legal instruments
Issuing and drafting legal notices for recovery and compliance matters
Managing land office-related work (mutation, registration, record verification, and liaison with land authorities)
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Providing legal opinions and advisory support to management
Assisting in recovery-related legal proceedings and documentation
Execution of warrant.
