Education:

MBA (Finance) or MBM from reputed university preferred
Professional qualifications (CFA / FRM / CMA) will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 12–18 years of banking experience
At least 8 years in Credit Risk Management function.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a unit of the Credit Risk Management Division and ensuring independent, prudent and timely assessment of credit proposals in line with the Bank’s credit policy, risk appetite, Bangladesh Bank guidelines and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include the following:
Lead appraisal of corporate credit proposals; analyze financial statements, borrower capacity, business risk, industry risk, collateral/security structure and repayment sources; and provide objective recommendations to support sound credit decisions.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, risk grading, and feasibility assessment
Design appropriate financing structures and risk mitigation strategies
Requires strong knowledge of Credit Risk Management, Internal Credit Risk Rating System, loan classification and provisioning rules, CIB, large loan exposure norms, Basel III, IFRS-9, credit documentation, collateral management, Environmental and Social Risk Management, AML/KYC compliance and relevant banking laws and regulations.
Monitor portfolio quality, sectoral concentration, classified loans, rescheduled/restructured accounts, risk grading and other key credit risk indicators.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and Basel framework
