Minimum 5 years operational experience in the same or corresponding role in a renowned Commodity Exchange (preferably in Asia region) is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE), a demutualized and fully automated stock exchange of Bangladesh, is at the forefront of innovation and capital market development. As a part of its ongoing growth initiatives, CSE has obtained approval from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) to establish the country's first Commodity Exchange, which is scheduled to commence operations shortly.
To lead and guide its upcoming Commodity Derivatives Operations, CSE invites applications from highly experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated local and foreign seasoned professionals for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This is a senior contractual appointment for an initial period of 2 (two) years, with the possibility of extension based on performance, strategic contributions, and project requirements.
