Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants for digital payment acceptance (POS, QR, Online Payment Gateway, etc.).

• Conduct market surveys and identify potential business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, agents, and business partners.

• Provide training and support to merchants and agents on payment solutions and banking services.

• Ensure proper completion of onboarding documentation and KYC requirements.

• Meet monthly sales and business acquisition targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for merchant activation, issue resolution, and service delivery.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Agent Banking, Merchant Acquiring, Digital Payments, Banking, FinTech, or FMCG sales. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with POS terminals, QR payments, payment gateways, or banking products.

• Existing network of merchants or agent banking outlets.

• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and merchant onboarding procedures.
