Responsibilities & Context:
Visit retail shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other businesses to acquire new Bangla QR merchants.
Explain the benefits and features of Bangla QR payment services.
Complete merchant onboarding documentation and KYC.
Install and guide merchants on the use of Bangla QR.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
Meet monthly sales and activation targets.
Prepare daily activity and sales reports.
Coordinate with the operations and support teams to resolve merchant issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred). HSC/Diploma candidates with strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in banking, fintech, POS, QR payments, or merchant acquiring is an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Motorcycle with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
