Education:

MBA (Finance) or MBM from reputed university preferred.
Professional qualifications (CFA / FRM / CMA) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbent will lead the evaluation, structuring, and risk assessment of large-scale project finance, structured credit, and syndicated financing transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and sound credit risk management practices. Responsibilities include the following:
Lead appraisal of large project finance and structured credit proposals (infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and industrial projects etc.).
Conduct detailed financial analysis, risk grading, and feasibility assessment
Design appropriate financing structures and risk mitigation strategies
Review and recommend high-value credit proposals for approval
Manage syndicated loans and coordination with partner banks/FIs
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure covenant compliance
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and Basel framework
Supervise and guide the Structured Finance & Syndication Unit team
Required Skills
Financial modeling & credit risk analysis
Project finance structuring & syndication
Strong analytical and decision-making ability
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Knowledge of Basel III / IFRS 9 / Bangladesh Bank regulations
