Uzair Workforce Solutions Limited — a overseas recruitment & manpower agency sending skilled and semi-skilled workers to the Overseas (Middle East and Europe) — is looking for a Workforce Requirement Executive to join our team!

Department: HR & Operations/ Office Management

About the Role

We’re a manpower export company and we are looking for a reliable, well-organized professional to manage Human Resource Persons from our candidates/workers, handle their profiles and documentation from sourcing to deployment, and keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly. You’ll be the key point of contact making sure every candidate’s journey — from application to overseas placement — is handled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with candidates regarding job offers, documentation, training, and deployment timelines

  • Collect, verify, and manage candidate profiles, passports, certificates, and other required documents

  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of candidate records and job order requirements

  • Coordinate with foreign employers/recruiting agents to match candidates against open requirements

  • Liaise with relevant government offices (e.g., manpower bureau) for clearance and processing

  • Follow up on visa processing, medical, and training schedules with candidates

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative work — filing, correspondence, scheduling, and reporting

  • Resolve candidate queries and complaints professionally and promptly

  • Prepare regular status reports on open job orders and candidate pipeline
