Department: HR & Operations/ Office Management
About the Role
We’re a manpower export company and we are looking for a reliable, well-organized professional to manage Human Resource Persons from our candidates/workers, handle their profiles and documentation from sourcing to deployment, and keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly. You’ll be the key point of contact making sure every candidate’s journey — from application to overseas placement — is handled accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with candidates regarding job offers, documentation, training, and deployment timelines
Collect, verify, and manage candidate profiles, passports, certificates, and other required documents
Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of candidate records and job order requirements
Coordinate with foreign employers/recruiting agents to match candidates against open requirements
Liaise with relevant government offices (e.g., manpower bureau) for clearance and processing
Follow up on visa processing, medical, and training schedules with candidates
Handle day-to-day office administrative work — filing, correspondence, scheduling, and reporting
Resolve candidate queries and complaints professionally and promptly
Prepare regular status reports on open job orders and candidate pipeline
